Pelle sensibile, come proteggerla da sole, stress e inquinamento
La pelle lancia messaggi, comunica e si modifica continuamente. È soprattutto la pelle sensibile la più “comunicativa”, una pelle che arrossisce facilmente, che “tira”, provocando un leggero bruciore, rossore e sensazione di secchezza. Una pelle che va protetta, per questo il primo consiglio è quello di prendere il sole con attenzione, usando protezioni elevate, perché i raggi solari sono tra i primi fattori scatenanti per i rossori.
«È importante anche usare cosmetici con ingredienti “dermoaffini”, con un’elevata tollerabilità cutanea – spiega il cosmetologo Umberto Borellini, autore del libro “Tu chiamale se vuoi Emulsioni” (Ed. LSWR) -.Anche la dieta incide sul benessere cutaneo: evitare bevande troppo calde, alcolici, formaggi fermentati e spezie che congestionano il viso. I cibi da preferire sono: verdure e frutta ricche di vitamina C, per ricostruire la sostanza intracellulare e ridurre la permeabilità capillare. Di fronte a una pelle sensibile complessa, anche le risposte dermatologiche devono agire su più fronti. Il primo step è ristrutturare il film idrolipidico e assicurare una corretta idratazione, cercare di rendere la pelle meno reattiva, arginando le cause esterne. Per questo sono indicati prodotti con caratteristiche protettive e coprenti come quelli a base di ossido di zinco, spesso contenuti nei solari. Tra i fitoderivati s’impiegano il bisalobolo e l’azulene, ricavati dalla camomilla con effetto calmante oppure l’acido glicirretico, estratto dalla liquirizia, un antinfiammatorio naturale».
La pelle sensibile al sole
Da anni la comunità scientifica raccomanda una corretta protezione ai raggi solari, poiché ormai è risaputo i danni che possono causare. Quest’anno la tendenza è l’abbronzatura dorata, la “sun kissed tan”, intercettata sui vari profili instagram di celebs e influencer. «Un’attenzione particolare deve essere riservato alla pelle sensibile che va protetta dall’azione ossidante e infiammatoria dai raggi UVA e dagli effetti eritematogeni dei raggi UVB – precisa Giancarlo Rossello, naturopata ed estetista a Savona -. Nei primi giorni l’esposizione solare dovrà essere graduale, questo per evitare possibili ustioni solari, ma anche per permettere ai meccanismi di difesa della pelle di produrre la melanina. I prodotti solari consigliati sono quelli che contengono filtri naturali, come: ossido di zinco, biossido di titanio, amido di riso, in grado di formare uno scudo di protezione che rifletta i raggi del sole, evitando un accumulo di calore tipico dei filtri chimici, che tende a stressare il delicato microcircolo. Per una protezione ancora più “strong” e consigliato abbinare oli vegetali come il germe di grano e il lampone rosso. Un ruolo importante è svolto dai prodotti “aftersun”, oltra a prodotti ad hoc, appena tornate dalla spiaggia, si può fare un impacco sul viso utilizzando delle salviettine imbibite con una lozione tonica, che oltre a svolgere un’azione lenitiva e idratante, andranno anche a fissare l’abbronzatura. Perfetti i sieri e le creme viso a base di sostanze antiossidanti e restitutive, mentre per il corpo è consigliato un gel a base di aloe che dona un’immediata sensazione di freschezza».
